CoCreate: Use Cases and Evaluation Plan Definition (D2.1)

This report presents the output of Activity 2.1: “Use Cases and Evaluation Plan Definition” within Work Package 2 of the CoCreate project (2025-1-DE01-KA220-HED-000357232), led by University of Duisburg-Essen (UDE) with contributions from Aalborg University (AAU), Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e), and Garage48. The purpose of the report is twofold: to define the use cases, that is, the formal courses at the three academic partners institutions (UDE, AAU, and TU/e) in which CoCreate hackathons are embedded and evaluated; to draft the evaluation plan for assessing the case studies, the CoCreate framework and toolkit, and the project as a whole. This deliverable addresses WP2-Obj1, contributes to WP2-Obj3, and constitutes WP2-Res3. Its outputs feed: the creativity and entrepreneurship guidelines and blueprints (D2.2 and D2.3); the first version of the CoCreate framework and toolkit (Activity 2.4); the use case refinement and mid-term evaluation in Activity 3.1.
