The False Apocalypse of Quasars: Centrifugal Equilibrium, Symbiotic Co-evolution, and the End of Cosmological Isolationism

Paper XXVII of the series introduces a decisive paradigm shift away from standard singular black hole physics and the conventional "AGN Feedback" dogma. Addressing the empirical crisis brought by recent JWST and ALMA high-redshift ($z > 6$) discoveries—such as intact primordial galaxies and massive "Little Red Dots"—this work demonstrates that active galactic nuclei do not destroy their host environments through isotropic radiative winds. Grounded in the Master G Code and continuum mechanics, the paper models the ultra-compact central attractor as a finite-density baryonic condensate ("Fluidon") bounded by the dissipative shock layer "K.E.N.D.R.A.". Accretion energy is anelastically transferred into shear stress and rotational inertia rather than catastrophic radiation, fostering starburst compression while triggering polar relativistic jets upon angular saturation. Through the formalization of the Law of Venusian Indeterminacy, the galaxy and its nucleus are proven to be an inseparable, coupled thermodynamic system evolving toward centrifugal equilibrium. An extensive appendix resolves orthodox objections regarding galaxy quenching, obscuration alibis, and jet energetics
