Evolutionary history and adaptive divergence of Coilia species in East Asia

This project provides whole-genome resequencing and transcriptome data for three Coilia species (C. mystus, C. nasus, and C. grayii). The data will be used to investigate the population genetic structure, demographic history, and the genetic mechanisms underlying adaptive evolution of Coilia species in East Asian coastal waters.
