INNOVATIVE METHODS IN SHAPING IMPLICIT COMPETENCES: COMMUNICATIVE, IMMERSIVE, AND REFLECTIVE APPROACHES
This comprehensive research paper explores the theoretical, methodological, and practical foundations of developing implicit (tacit, unarticulated, and intuitive) competencies within the modern educational paradigm. The study conducts an in-depth literature review grounded in M. Polanyi's Tacit Knowledge theory, D. Schön's Reflective Practice framework, L. Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development, as well as contemporary pedagogical and neuro-didactic studies. It examines the synergy, methodological mechanisms, and performance metrics of three key innovative approaches: communicative, immersive (VR/AR and simulations), and reflective methodologies. Based on empirical findings, a complex pedagogical framework and actionable recommendations are proposed for evaluating and fostering implicit skills in higher education institutions.
