SNP sites of individual samples in Rosa rugosa

To investigate salt tolerance-associated SNP loci in roses, a cross was performed using wild Rosa rugosa with relatively strong salt tolerance as the female parent and the cultivated R. rugosa "Alba plena" with relatively weak salt tolerance as the male parent. Subsequently, the parental lines and 83 offspring individuals were subjected to resequencing and SNP analysis, resulting in a comprehensive SNP dataset comprising 85 samples in total.
