This paper formulates the Axiom of Continuity of the Real Material World and, on itsbasis, constructs the Complete Ranked Semiotic Pyramid (CRSP). The document establishesan ontological and semiotic foundation for all further developments of the PhysicalTheory of Value (PTV), offering a universal ranked language for describing Reality anda quantitative measure of the informational value of concepts (in bels). Bilingual record: the English and Russian versions are identical in content.
