Psychological coding for critical thinking
Human beings do not respond only to what happens around them; they respond to what they believe what happens means. Between an event and a person's response lies a complex process of perception, interpretation, assumption, belief, and decision-making. This process influences whether an individual remains trapped within immediate appearances or develops the capacity to think beyond what is physically visible.
