The Influence of Job Training and Work Discipline on Employee Performance
Human resource management is key to maintaining competitiveness and sustainability, particularly in a global competition. Companies are required to adapt to market dynamics, technological advancements, and shifting consumer preferences. In this context, highly competent employees become a decisive factor. Competence encompasses technical skills, creativity, critical thinking abilities, and commitment to organizational goals. Competence can be enhanced through training that goes beyond mere knowledge transfer to foster professional attitudes that support productivity. Work discipline also serves as a crucial indicator, as it reflects adherence to standards and a sense of responsibility in carrying out duties. This study aims to determine how to enhance employee performance by improving job training and work discipline. With this focus, the study seeks to assist HR management in formulating more effective management strategies, thereby enabling company to boost employee performance while optimally achieving organizational goals.
