PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF FORMING DIGITAL COMPETENCE IN PRE-SERVICE TEACHERS

This paper discusses the pedagogical foundations of forming digital competence in pre-service teachers: methodological approaches, the structure of the competence and the pedagogical conditions. Based on an analysis of Uzbek DSc and PhD dissertations and international research articles, it proposes a structure of digital competence consisting of motivational-value, cognitive, activity and reflective components.
