Screen Time OF Students: A Reflective Analysis

Abstract In this digital era it is important to verify our young students habbits.It is essential to think rationally about screen time our young generation.It is elders bounded duty to verify students mental and physical health as compare to academics.The mental and physical helath should be given first priority.Our young generation engraved in screen.It is our responsibility to bring them back to nature. So present study has major objective to study the screen time of highschool students with respect to gender differences and types of management.. The hypotheses were formulated. 1.There is no significant difference between male and female students with regard to using mobile2.There is no significant difference between private school students and government school students with regard to using mobile. The study revealed that the female students significantly high in screen time (t=19.234, p<0.05 ). At 0.05 level of significance. Hence null hypothesis rejected. Alternative hypothesis accepted. It means that female students scrren time is more as compare to males also study revealed that the private school students significantly high in screen time (t=17.146, p<0.05 ). At 0.05 level of significance. Hence null hypothesis rejected. Alternative hypothesis accepted.It means that Private schools students screen time is more as compare to Government schools students.
