PHILOSOPHICAL AND CONCEPTUAL ANALYSIS OF SOCIAL MODERNIZATION PROCESSES IN NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the processes of social modernization in New Uzbekistan from a philosophical and conceptual perspective. Particular attention is paid to the transformation of social relations, human capital development, institutional modernization, digitalization, educational reforms, strengthening civil society, and the interaction between national values and universal principles. Social modernization is considered not merely as an economic or technological transformation, but as a complex process involving changes in social consciousness, institutions, cultural values, and individual self-realization. The article analyzes the relationship between modernization and the principles of human dignity, social justice, openness, and civic participation. The study concludes that the sustainable development of New Uzbekistan requires a balanced combination of institutional reforms, technological modernization, human-centered social policy, and preservation of cultural identity.
