Construction and Exploration of the Three-Dimensional Dual Closed-Loop Safety Management System for Special Equipment

Based on the analysis of the inherent drawbacks of routine safety inspections and the objective advantages of unannounced inspections for logistics support in large medical institutions, it is concluded that proactive safety boasts broad application space and far-reaching prospects in safety inspections for logistics support in such institutions. Aiming to enhance the safety guarantee of logistics facilities and equipment, especially the research and application of proactive safety in special equipment management, this study establishes a Three-Dimensional Dual Closed-Loop guided management model from the perspectives of rules and regulations, organizational structure, personnel team building, closed-loop management, and responsibility system construction involved in proactive safety of special equipment. This paper introduces the construction and exploration of safety management for special equipment in large medical institutions, with a view to realizing the systematization, standardization and normalization of logistics support, especially proactive safety management of special equipment, and effectively improving the effectiveness of proactive safety work.
