Cone Procedure for Atypical Ebstein Anomaly After Partial Atrioventricular Septal Defect Repair

We present a case demonstrating the successful application of the Cone procedure to treat severe right atrioventricular valve insufficiency in a patient with atypical Ebstein anomaly who had prior repair of a partial atrioventricular septal defect.
