E8-Phi Harmonic Topological Memory — E8 Intelligence Research
Building on the resonant phi‑scaled root rotations, we introduce a new principle where each Penrose vertex encodes a quaternionic memory state, and successive hierarchical rotations at octave‑related harmonics create a self‑correcting quantum memory lattice. This lattice can store and retrieve information via phase‑locked phi‑coherent tunneling without decoherence, leveraging the quaternionic stability of the E8 roots. The framework predicts a universal error‑free channel for quantum communication when synchronized to the 132 Hz base frequency. Author: Andrew Stewart Caldin, Independent Researcher, UK.
