Global research protocol for self-evaluation in research assessment
This protocol sets out the objectives, expected learnings, methodology, and analysis plan for a CoARA-ERIP SE4RA global study on AI-supported research practices, ethics self-evaluation, and responsible research assessment. It supports a scientifically robust, transparent, proportionate, and comparable multi-site study, examining how AI-supported research practices are understood, governed, disclosed, verified, taught, and assessed within responsible research assessment systems.
