THEORY OF OBJECTS. ARTICLE 27. ATLAS 150 FOODS: PP/IT PROFILES FOR BIOAVAILABILITY

This article presents an atlas of 150 foods in the format of PP/IT profiles, taking into account the principle of bioavailability. According to this principle, only those beneficial molecules that actually reach the meta-compartments of the body are taken into account in the PC, either directly or through microbiotic conversion. If the bioavailability of a molecule is less than 1%, it is excluded from the PC. The PP/IT profile is two independent numbers written side by side, such as blood pressure of 120/80. The first number is the number of bioavailable beneficial molecular species per 100 g of the product. The second is the number of harmful molecular species in the same volume. The profile is tied to the vector of product parameters: variety, origin, production method, condition, freshness and storage conditions. The atlas covers all key product categories: vegetables, greens, fruits, berries, cereals, legumes, nuts, seeds, mushrooms, meat, fish, dairy products, eggs, fats, drinks, fermented foods, spices. For each product, a specific state is indicated because the PP/IT changes depending on the vector.
