THEORY OF OBJECTS. ARTICLE 20. 18. META-COMPARTMENT: PRIMARY URINE (GLOMERULAR FILTRATE). PRIMARY URINE AS A RENAL FILTRATION MIRROR: PP/IT PROFILE AND RESTORATION OF METABOLIC DIVERSITY IN PEOPLE 55+
Primary urine is a plasma ultrafiltrate formed in the renal glomeruli and reflects the state of glomerular filtration, renal tubule function, and systemic metabolism. After the age of 55, the metabolomic diversity of primary urine decreases dramatically: the number of detectable metabolites drops from 400–500+ to a critical threshold of less than 100, which is associated with acute renal failure, chronic kidney disease, diabetic nephropathy, glomerulonephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and systemic inflammation. However, standard clinical analyses do not assess the metabolomic diversity of primary urine. The article shows how the theory of objects can measure the metabolic depletion of primary urine, what diseases are associated with it, and how foods with a high PP/IT profile, including biogenic nutrition, restore metabolomic diversity. The PP/IT profile is a format for representing two independent indices: the density of objects (PC) and the toxicity index (IT). The notation 175/3 means 175 beneficial molecular species and 3 harmful ones per 100 g of product — this is not a fraction, but two independent numbers side by side, like a blood pressure of 120/80. The profile is tied to the vector of product parameters: variety, origin, method of production, condition, freshness, and storage conditions. A monitoring protocol and practical recommendations for people 55+ are proposed. This article concludes a series of 18 articles on metabolic meta-compartments of the body.
