Managing the Loyalty and Turnover of Young Professionals in the Context of Modern Migration Processes

The article is devoted to the study of personnel management and motivation of young professionals in the context of modern migration processes and the instability of the labor market. The article examines the reasons for the decrease in the loyalty of young employees, the specifics of their work expectations, the factors of turnover, and the difficulties of retaining them in organizations. Special attention is paid to the role of corporate culture, flexible working hours, career growth, psychological safety, feedback, and fair compensation. The article also highlights the importance of adaptation, non-monetary motivation, and an individual approach to managing young professionals. The article argues for the need to update HR policies to reflect the values of young professionals, take into account the risks associated with their employment, and adapt to the current socio-economic conditions.
