The Biblical Meta-Narrative and Leadership Formation

This article proposes a biblical meta-narrative as a hermeneutical framework for leadership formation, organizing development around four integrative themes: God, man, others, and multiplication. Drawing primarily from Genesis 1:26–28 and the Great Commission, the model emphasizes the indicative–imperative structure of Scripture and frames leadership formation as lifelong, transformational, and missionally oriented. By engaging both biblical theology and contemporary leadership development models, the framework offers a unifying methodology for evaluating and organizing leadership development in primarily church- or Christian-based contexts.
