Evaluation of the Relationship Between Fagerström Nicotine Dependence Levels and Depression, Anxiety and Stress Levels in Individuals Attending a Smoking Cessation Clinic

Nicotine dependence is a major public health issue and one of the leading preventable causes of death worldwide. In addition to its health effects, it imposes a substantial economic burden on healthcare systems. This study aimed to examine the relationship between nicotine dependence and psychological factors such as depression, anxiety, and stress among individuals attending a smoking cessation clinic.A cross-sectional study was conducted at the Smoking Cessation Clinic of XXXXX XXXX XXXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX XXX XXXXXXXX, including 622 participants.
