Topological Chiral-Seonggil Autocatalysis Framework (TCSA-SMT): Unifying Abiogenesis and Homochirality via Tensor Phase Transitions
The emergence of life (Abiogenesis) and the establishment of biological Homochirality remain profound mysteries traditionally governed by nonlinear dynamics and stochastic symmetry breaking. This paper integrates classical systems chemistry and the Frank asymmetric autocatalysis model into the Seonggil Matrix Theory (SMT) and Rough Operator Algebra (ROA). By mapping structural chirality to the ROA topological Berry phase (θ_S) and defining protocell emergence as a Sashangmugak phase transition at the Seonggil Critical Horizon (det = 0), we provide a deterministic, tensor-based mathematical framework for the absolute inevitability of the origin of life.
