The Tree of Reality: An Evolutionary Theory of Everything

This paper states a theory and publishes its complete current state under machine verification. The Generator theory — the Tree of Reality — proposes that the structures of physics are not axioms but descendants: a single minimal algebra, forced by the logic of self-reference, grows by one repeated canonical operation into the dimension and signature of spacetime, the gauge structure of the Standard Model, colour, chirality, three generations, and the machinery of quantum mechanics. Where the unification tradition seeks one framework to contain the known structures of physics, this theory derives them from one ancestor: a theory of everything in the sense that evolutionary biology is a theory of every species — unification by common descent. The theory's chain from nothing to everything has twenty-four links: six GENUINE (machine-checked theorems, standard axioms only), thirteen PARTIAL (residue named precisely), three POSTULATES (stated, not hidden), two OPEN. The paper renders the tree in its most complete form to date, surveys the six open walls to their exact failing steps, states the 57 assumptions with bias grades, applies twenty-six published-tag corrections in both directions, and closes with two classes of dated prediction: the named gaps will be filled as machine reasoning in mathematics advances, and structures generated on branches we do not inhabit are undiscovered, not impossible. Any newly found physics either extends the walked branch, realises a sibling, or fits nowhere on the tree — and the third outcome refutes the generative claim itself, named in advance. Evidence base: 1,230 graded Lean 4 files (312,334 lines) building green in 5,091 jobs with one sorry and one axiom, both pre-campaign and documented; 699 self-filed errata; no link rating moved across 169 units of hardening.
