Economic Security of Medium-Sized Business Entities: Levels of Management and Challenges of Implementation
The article analyzes the challenges and needs in ensuring the economic security of small-scale organizations. For this purpose, the study monitors the activities of Russian universities that implement specialized educational training programs, provides their quantitative assessment, and defines the specific features of training future specialists. The authors analyze the formation of the competence profile of an economic security specialist, using the educational program of a specific Russian university as an example. Based on the calculations performed by the authors, the study substantiates the feasibility of introducing an economic security specialist position into the staffing table of a small-scale organization. The options (levels) for ensuring the security of business processes implemented by business entities are systematized. Finally, the authors propose a process model for ensuring economic security tailored to medium-sized business entities.
