THEORY OF OBJECTS. ARTICLE 5. 3 META-COMPARTMENT: INTESTINAL CONTENTS. GUT CONTENTS AS A MAJOR MICROBIOTIC META-COMPARTMENT: PP/IT PROFILE AND RESTORATION OF MICROBIAL DIVERSITY IN 55+ INDIVIDUALS

The intestinal contents are the most bacterial-rich meta-compartment of the body, where the microbiota produces short-chain fatty acids, vitamins, secondary bile acids, and signaling molecules critical to health. After the age of 55, gut microbial diversity declines dramatically: the number of detected metabolites drops from more than 6000 (potentially more than 20,000) to a critical threshold of less than 2000, which is associated with dysbiosis, chronic inflammation, metabolic syndrome, autoimmune and neurodegenerative diseases. However, standard clinical analyses do not assess the microbial metabolome. The article shows how the theory of subjectabols allows you to measure microbial depletion of the intestine, what diseases are associated with it, and how foods with a high PP/IT profile, including biogenic nutrition, restore microbial diversity. The PP/IT profile is a format for representing two independent indices: the density of objects (PP) and the toxicity index (IT). The notation 150/4 means 150 beneficial molecular species and 4 harmful ones per 100 g of product — this is not a fraction, but two independent numbers side by side, like a blood pressure of 120/80. The profile is tied to the vector of product parameters: variety, origin, method of production, condition, freshness, and storage conditions. A monitoring protocol and practical recommendations for people 55+ are proposed.
