THEORY OF OBJECTS. ARTICLE 19. 17 META-COMPARTMENT: CAVITY FLUIDS (PERITONEAL, PLEURAL). CAVITY FLUIDS AS A MARKER OF LOCAL INFLAMMATION: PP/IT PROFILE AND RESTORATION OF METABOLIC DIVERSITY IN PEOPLE 55+

Cavity fluids—peritoneal and pleural—are complex biological environments containing cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, metabolites, matrix degradation products, and microbiotic compounds that reflect the state of serous membranes. After age 55, the metabolomic diversity of cavity fluids decreases dramatically: the number of detected metabolites drops from 207–650 to a critical threshold of less than 60, which is associated with peritonitis, pleurisy, ascites, malignant effusions, heart failure, cirrhosis, and systemic inflammation. However, standard clinical analyses do not assess the metabolomic diversity of cavity fluids. The article shows how the theory of subjectabols allows you to measure the metabolic depletion of cavity fluids, what diseases are associated with it, and how foods with a high PC/IT profile, including biogenic nutrition, restore metabolomic diversity. The PP/IT profile is a format for representing two independent indices: the density of objects (PP) and the toxicity index (IT). The entry 175/3 means 175 beneficial molecular species and 3 harmful ones per 100 g of product — this is not a fraction, but two independent numbers side by side, like blood pressure 120/80. The profile is tied to the vector of product parameters: variety, origin, method of production, condition, freshness, and storage conditions. A monitoring protocol and practical recommendations for people 55+ are proposed.
