Designing for Organisational Capability: From Intended Outcomes to Sustained Performance

This sixth paper in the Capability Excellence Whitepaper Series examines how organisations can deliberately design the conditions that allow intended outcomes to be produced reliably. It begins with a specific outcome and traces the work needed to achieve it, including information flow, decision rights, interfaces between teams and opportunities to apply learning.
