The Industry-Specific Innovative Scientific and Technological Center for Agricultural Engineering as an Organizational Form of Intra-Industry Coordination of Scientific and Technical Activities

One of the reasons for the insufficient effectiveness of programs for creating highly competitive products and for technological renewal of the production apparatus of industrial enterprises as an essential component of industrial policy in the agricultural engineering industry is not only the lack of the required level of their own innovative potential, but also the lack of mutual interest in joint innovation activities. According to the authors of this article, the integration and coordination of scientific, innovative, and design-and-technology activities within the industry with the capabilities of the subjects of the scientific and applied sphere of innovation creation allows for raising the effectiveness of the innovation creation process in all areas of innovation activity to a new level. This article proposes the creation of an industry-specific innovative design and technology center for agricultural engineering, as well as its organizational structure and functional activities.
