ANALYTICAL ASSESSMENT OF THE IMPACT OF STATE FINANCIAL CONTROL ON THE ACTIVITIES OF ACADEMIC LYCEUMS

The article examines the assessment of the impact of state financial control on different areas of activity in academic lyceums using unified criteria. It demonstrates that the activities of academic lyceums encompass several distinct areas, including instruction, the education and development of gifted students, professional development of teaching staff, logistics and procurement, and administrative management. At the same time, existing financial control practices generally apply a unified approach to these areas despite differences in their functional characteristics. As a result of the study, an analytical assessment matrix was developed based on common criteria, including legality, the targeted use of funds, and the traceability of outcomes. The matrix makes it possible to assess the degree of control impact across individual areas of activity. The findings indicate that the proposed matrix can provide an analytical basis for improving the allocation of control resources, with particular attention to areas where opportunities exist to strengthen the effectiveness of financial control.
