AI-Based Resume Screening and Job Recommendation System Using Natural Language Processing

This research paper presents an AI-based resume screening and job recommendation system using Natural Language Processing. The proposed web-based system processes resume information, identifies relevant skills, compares candidate skills with job requirements, provides job recommendations, identifies potential skill gaps, and supports job application and tracking. The system is developed using Python, Flask, SQLite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and NLP-based text processing techniques.
