Single-cell multi-omics analysis of chronic endometritis (scATAC_data)

This study collected proliferative endometrium from 5 healthy women and 10 patients with chronic endometrial inflammation, using scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq to explore the changes in cell composition and cell function in the endometrium under disease conditions, and to analyze the key factors in the process of disease occurrence and development.
