UDCT v5.62: Synthesis of Pre-registered Negative Results (v5.50–v5.61)

Catalog of pre-registered negative results, not a new option and not a new registration. No new law is proposed. Between v5.50 and v5.61 every MOND-type realization of UDCT bidirectional projection failed a registered gate: the static family on the joint RAR–Cassini constraint (S = +943); O7 trajectory projection on SPARC (S = +263); O8c compactness screening on Saturn (δa = 2.3×10⁻¹¹ m s⁻²); O8d tail cut-off plus screening on ultra-faint dwarfs (0/22 within a factor of 2). The last failure is the MOND base law in the Galactic external field, not compactness screening. Errors and timing deviations are disclosed. Passing any subset of gates does not validate UDCT. O9 and any non-equilibrium treatment of dwarfs remain untested and are not registered here.
