Occupational Intersects and the Work Ahead: A Neighboring-Class Map for the Standard Coherence Fidelity Layer (Working Note with Plate and Speculative Coda)
Working note. Not a research result, not a forecast, and not a directory of individuals. No data series or operator computations are reported. This note asks which existing occupations share an object with the Standard Coherence Fidelity Layer (SCFL): recoverability of structure on couplings while surface outcomes remain stationary. The unit of analysis is the occupation, not the person. Adjacent fields (viability mathematics, set-invariance control, resilience engineering, constraint biology, organizational drift, throughput and physiology, and measurement and metascience) are treated as neighboring classes to cite, not to fuse. The note sets out a job test for intersection, orders the intersects from core to no instrument intersect, and draws implications for the research program, including contrastive joint pages, document-to-audience fit, and Goodhart as a present design constraint. The deposit includes a reading guide and a plate mapping the research frontier and the economic decisions a validated quantity would change, bounded by a falsification test. Green/red evaluative indications from the internal analysis matrix are not included. The reading guide carries a one-sentence form of Axiom U (use-integrity at the reporting seam), a candidate axiom, not frozen and not an SCFL operator. The closing Coda, "News & Trends 2050: The Coherence Economy," is speculative fiction. All figures, funds, institutions, and people in it are fictional, except Souljourner Simulations, a real organization whose depiction is speculative. Personal recoverability scenes belong to the separate interior-coherence family, not the SCFL instrument track.
