Topological Torus Dynamics and Rank 3 Geometric Quantization in Elliptic Curves: A Physical Vortex Model for the Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer Conjecture

The Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer (BSD) Conjecture bridges the arithmetic rank of an elliptic curve E(Q) to the analytical order of vanishing of its complex L-function at the central critical point s=1. While algebraic and modular methods face substantial barriers for curves of rank r >= 2, we present a topological fluid-dynamical framework based on phase-locked toroidal vortex mechanics. By evaluating bilateral mirror flows across De Laval compression bottlenecks, we demonstrate the emergence of a third linearly independent generator via orthogonal 90 degree polar jet ejection. We couple this architecture with prime harmonic quantization along an Ouroboros return loop and verify the non-vanishing regulator determinant (det(Reg(E)) ≈ 0.1066 > 0) on the rank 3 curve y^2 + y = x^3 - 7x + 6 (N=5077). Furthermore, we provide a topological extension toward rank 4 through aperture volume expansion and internal poloidal vorticity.
