WebGo PRINT

WebGo PRINT is a web-based self-service printing system developed to simplify and improve the process of printing orders and printing management. The system enables users to register and log in, upload documents, select printing services and specifications, obtain estimated printing costs, submit orders, and choose pickup or delivery options. This study evaluates user perceptions of the WebGo PRINT system based on four main constructs: Ease of Use, Relative Advantage, Compatibility, and User Acceptance. The study adopted a quantitative research approach using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Data were collected through Google Forms and analysed using descriptive statistical methods. The findings indicate positive user perceptions across all four constructs. The overall mean scores were 4.20 for Ease of Use, 4.17 for Relative Advantage, 4.21 for Compatibility, and 4.19 for User Acceptance. These findings suggest that the WebGo PRINT prototype has the potential to provide a more convenient, efficient, and user-friendly approach to managing printing services. The study contributes to the development of digital printing services by integrating web-based ordering, automated cost estimation, document submission, and printing order management into a single platform. The findings may serve as a reference for further development of digital self-service printing systems and similar web-based service platforms.
