ASTRA-PHOTONICS — ASTRA-SIM-02A v1.3 FROZEN PRE-RUN: Optical Waveguide Preregistration and Static Design Freeze
ASTRA-SIM-02A v1.3 FROZEN PRE-RUN is the preregistered numerical qualification protocol for the fundamental optical-waveguide building block of the ASTRA-PHOTONICS project. The frozen baseline specifies an anisotropic straight waveguide in X-cut lithium-niobate-on-insulator (LNOI), including geometry, dispersive material models, coordinate conventions, numerical qualification gates, acceptance criteria, and the RUN000/RUN001 execution protocol. At the time of this freeze, RUN000 and RUN001 had not yet been executed. The deposited package therefore documents the protocol and computational design before numerical results are obtained; it does not report experimental validation of the ASTRA resonator or of any broader physical hypothesis. The deposit includes the v1.3 FROZEN PRE-RUN preregistration, frozen protocol and material-model files, SHA-256 manifest, OpenTimestamps proofs, and the complete PRE-RUN package. The manifest records the provenance and cryptographic hashes of the frozen and execution-related artefacts.
