CYCLICAL TRANSITION, RESOURCE DEPLETION, AND THE NATION'S SURVIVAL STRATEGY UNDER CONDITIONS OF GLOBAL DISSONANCE

Abstract: The proposed fundamental study provides a comprehensive analysis of the contemporary existential crisis through an unconventional lens: the prism of Earth's macro-geological cycles, wave ontology, and the inevitable depletion of planetary resources. The Russian-Ukrainian war is viewed as the culmination of the civilizational dissonance of the Anthropocene epoch. The aggressor state is analyzed as a marginal "petro-state-destructor," whose activities accelerate global ecocide, the disruption of the energy "green transition," and the food crisis. Through the phenomenology of imperial space, the internal mechanisms of the Russian Federation's self-destruction are revealed: total suppression of otherness, ethnocide, collective depressiveness, and the externalization (projection) of repressed aggression. The mathematical and economic inevitability of this system's demographic and technological collapse due to the imperial overstretch effect is proven. The central objective of the work is to formulate Ukraine's survival strategy amid this global fault line. The study substantiates the necessity of abandoning the linear paradigm of depletion in favor of the absolute priority of preserving human life and the nation's gene pool. A conceptual plan is proposed for transitioning the state into a high-tech asymmetric "fortress" (the "Porcupine" strategy) featuring mass robotization of the army and infrastructure decentralization. Particular attention is paid to the social engineering of the rear: overcoming the managerial crisis, eliminating administrative arbitrariness in mobilization processes, political rebooting, and restoring the social contract. The work demonstrates that engaging individuals with non-linear thinking ("people of the future") in governance and transforming the energy of trauma into deep ethical healing will allow Ukrainian society to bypass the scenario of inertial decline and make an evolutionary leap toward a New Renaissance.
