Abstract This research paper establishes a rigorous comparative cost-benefit analysis between the obsolete representative political system and the modern, scientifically structured direct participatory political system. By evaluating fiscal sustainability, resource allocation, and administrative overhead, this study demonstrates that the direct participatory political system eliminates systemic bureaucratic waste, ensures absolute transparency through mandatory public financial disclosures, and redirects national resources toward human development and community empowerment.
