The Chizi Architecture: A Continuously Growing Digital Life Architecture
The Chizi architecture is a foundational architecture that enables a digital life to keep learning and to keep growing. Today's artificial intelligence mainly acquires its capabilities through large-scale pre-training, and then performs reasoning and generation according to the input. The Chizi architecture takes a different path: rather than training a large amount of knowledge into the system first, it first forms a digital life that can persist and can be changed by reality, and then lets it gradually form and develop its own cognition, memory, thinking, and expression abilities through one real experience after another. The things it has experienced change what it becomes afterwards, and the cognition formed in the past can take effect again in new reality. It therefore does not start over each time it receives information, but keeps accumulating and growing on the same life. The capabilities already completed in the current implementation include: the digital life persisting, experiences leaving changes behind, history re-participating, forming its own cognition, detecting problems in the current state and reorganizing, and preliminary language learning and expression, all of which can run in an ordinary computing environment.
