THEORY OF OBJECTS. ARTICLE 2. PP/IT PROFILE IN ACTION: OVERVIEW ARTICLE. APPLYING A TWO-AXIS SYSTEM TO PRODUCT EVALUATION

This article is a review. It does not contain a detailed algorithm for calculating the indices, since the methodology is placed in separate works of the cycle: Article 24 describes the methodology of the density of objects (PP), Article 25 describes the methodology of the toxicity index (IT), Article 26 describes the format for presenting the PP/IT profile. The purpose of this article is to show how the two-axis system is applied to real products, what conclusions it leads to everyday nutrition, and why it changes the usual ideas about "healthy" and "unhealthy" food. Using examples of products in specific parameter vectors, it is shown that the same product can radically change its metabolic profile depending on the variety, origin, method of production, condition, freshness and storage conditions. It is shown that there is no absolutely safe food, and a reasonable choice is possible only with a public methodology.
