Draft genome sequence of basidiomycete yeast Rhodotorula mucilaginosa DH4148 from a patient with fungemia

ABSTRACT Rhodotorula mucilaginosa is a basidiomycete yeast with ecological and emerging clinical relevance. Here, we report a high-quality de novo genome assembly of R. mucilaginosa strain DH4148 isolated from a patient with fungemia.
