The Current Landscape of Fragility Fracture Care in the People’s Republic of China
➢ Robotic systems are an emerging technology for the treatment of fragility fractures. ➢ An emerging treatment paradigm is to manage fragility fractures of the acetabulum with acute total hip arthroplasty or a combined hip procedure. ➢ Multidisciplinary care and orthogeriatric comanagement are fundamental components of the management of fragility fractures of the hip. ➢ Sarcopenia is highly prevalent among patients with fragility fractures.
