TUM Paper 67: Milky Way as a Single Rotor Inside a Black Hole Universe
Building on the non-equilibrium steady state (NESS) attractor derived in TUM Paper 66 (Γeq = 0.8470), this work executes three paradigm shifts. First, we redefine the primary galactic unit: the Milky Way + Sgr A* is integrated as a single toroidal rotor R_MW ∈ Cl(8,0) in a superfluid vacuum ρ(x,t). We demonstrate this rotor free-falls along a U-geodesic y ∝ cosh(k_eff x) driven by ∇P_cosmic toward Shapley (v_bulk = 630 km/s), ruling out a closed orbit (T_orbit ≈ 7.7×10^11 yr ≈ 55 × T_univ). A 7/2 resonance (k_eff = 3.5 k0) couples internal spin to translation, generating Fermi/eROSITA bubbles via Rayleigh-Plesset cavitation. Second, we prove the observable universe resides inside its own event horizon (R_s ≈ 1.48×10^26 m ≈ R_Hubble). Third, we demonstrate that the extreme age of the electron (>6.6×10^28 yr, Borexino) strictly requires this closed NESS Black Hole topology to prevent viscous vortex dissipation
