Glecaprevir/Pibrentasvir Concentrations in the Breastmilk of Lactating Women.
In this prospective pharmacokinetic study of women undergoing chronic hepatitis C virus treatment with glecaprevir/pibrentasvir, the mean glecaprevir and pibrentasvir concentrations in breastmilk were 0.63% and 4.23% of maternal plasma concentrations, with a mean relative infant dose of 0.02% and 0.06%, respectively.
