Potentiality as "It Depends": a Methodology on the Invariantial Binary Authorization of Host Platforms, With an Application to Infinite Regress
This paper is a comprehensive adaptation of preliminary models premised upon the foundational principles of Sul’s earlier work, seeking to expand on the definitions concerning the meta-meta-level abstraction of invariant potential and structural dependency by utilizing the concept of host platform (H). Throughout this discussion, the paper primarily attempts to interface the philosophical bottleneck of infinite contextual regress with the usage of binary logic notation (1 and 0) as a means to evaluate the conditional performance of host platform, with the intention of representing conditional latency by operationalizing dependency as a manifestation of an unprovable ontological baseline primitive: potentiality. The primitive abstains from being conceived as an elementary conception assumed by mere human imagination and is interpreted as a persistence that aligns with the imagery of ‘nothing specific’, alongside being strongly associated with the seemingly ambiguous linguistic expression of ‘it depends’. In accordance, conceptual indeterminacy, as evidenced in the preceding expressions regarding x, is found to comprise a description of (hyper-)complex, nested dependency conditions into a single statement that simultaneously satisfies the underlying criteria for (ontological) definability. Connecting potentiality with binary logic provides an opportunity for the most abstract tiers of philosophy to perform as intuitive operational logic gates. In conclusion, the paper attempts to systematize potentiality by centering the subject matter around the process of conditional authorization regulating the possibility of definability, constructed purely to perform as a meta-conceptual framework or pre-formal system for further logical reasoning.
