AXIOLOGICAL AND STRUCTURAL CONVERGENCE OF THE DIRECT PARTICIPATORY POLITICAL SYSTEM: INTEGRATING GLOBAL GOVERNANCE, FISCAL EFFICIENCY, AND THE TRANSCENDENCE OF REPRESENTATIVE ATROPHY

ABSTRACT This study examines the structural necessity of transitioning from obsolete representative frameworks to the direct participatory political system. By synthesizing recent global indicators on local governance, economic cost-benefit efficiency, and institutional pathology, this paper demonstrates that representation acts as an systemic impediment to human flourishing. Conversely, the direct participatory model—anchored in grassroots hermandades and elección popular al azar—reunites governance with divine and natural principles of true freedom.
