Assessment of factors affecting the timeliness and quality of forensic medical examinations in cases of inadequate medical care provided to children
The duration and quality of forensic medical examinations are key indicators that determine the effectiveness of forensic expert institutions and, ultimately, impact the administration of justice and the protection of children's rights. The article presents the results of an assessment of a range of organizational and operational factors influencing the timeliness and quality of forensic medical examinations conducted in cases involving inadequate medical care provided to children, based on case materials.
