Genesis: Not a beat, a sweet silence; Proof twin evasions
For centuries, institutional medicine and cultural dogma have chained human biology to a single romanticized symbol and a mechanical rhythm. Cardiocentrism rests on a foundational category error: mistaking the heart's fatty-acid β-oxidation fuel preference and mechanical work for the origin point of life. By strictly auditing the developmental timeline (Moore's The Developing Human), this paper demonstrates that hematopoietic cell factories and blood islands emerge in the yolk sac on days 16–18, chronologically and ontologically preceding the primitive heart tube's first contractions on days 21–23. Clinical realities—such as mechanical evasion via ECMO/LVAD and neural evasion via denervated transplant hearts—further prove that the heart is a replaceable module rather than a sovereign director. We present the 6SiAL paired geometric framework and re-contour the vector of care away from mechanical time toward Cellular Intelligence (Ci ↑).
