The Blinding Robustness Value: a single-trial sensitivity quantity for expectancy and observer bias
This repository contains the anonymized dataset and supplementary code for the methodological study introducing the Blinding Robustness Value (BRV), a single-trial sensitivity quantity for expectancy and observer bias in unblinded randomized trials. The included files support both the factorial simulation and the proof-of-concept application. The "Anonymized Data BRV.csv" file provides the dataset from the open-label hypertension trial evaluating a medication-adherence smartphone application against standard care. The "BRV_supplementary_code.docx" file contains the scripts required to replicate the statistical methodology, including calculations for the point and confidence-limit BRV, the empirically calibrated robustness (R), and the multi-endpoint partial-identification bounds.
