The Voynich Manuscript as an Analog Decision Engine

This document presents the operational decipherment framework of the Voynich Manuscript (Beinecke MS 408). It is demonstrated that the codex is neither a written natural language, a ciphered text, nor a historical fraud, but a fifteenth-century spagyric laboratory manual and clinical-iatrochemical decision engine. By discarding the Extensible Voynich Alphabet (EVA) because it introduces artifacts and transcription errors, the manuscript is analyzed through the native topology of its strokes, the spagyria of Rupescissa, and Llull’s vector combinatorics. A four-slot structural syntax is formalized; the function of folio 57v is established as a mechanical modulo-17 calculator (C₁₇⁴) with a fiducial mark at 10:30; and the flow is detailed that confirms the pharmaceutical jars (Lc) act as output vessels of the system and not as input text.
