The Miss

A claim, not a paper. A test of my own work that failed, put on the public record with a date attached because I would rather state it than have it found. The pass mark was written down and the evaluation data sealed before any run; the runs came after and lost to a coin flip. No data files, no method and nothing buildable is included, deliberately. It carries a SHA-256 root over the frozen pre-registration and run set, so the order of events can be checked later without disclosing anything now. What is claimed here is the order - line first, data sealed second, run third, publish either way - not the result. Written 30 August 2026, deposited 24 September 2026.
